Job summary

Monee, part of Sea Limited, seeks an experienced Product Manager (IC) to own ShopeePay App & Growth initiatives in Singapore. You will build scalable features across user and transaction flows to drive acquisition and retention, and define traffic allocation to enable cross-selling of digital financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• PM experience in payments/fintech/e-commerce; promotion/marketing product exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making; proficient in SQL and dashboards.

Responsibilities

About the Team

• The ShopeePay App & Growth Product team drives the core user experience across the ShopeePay app, including the Homepage and Promotions.
• The team focuses on building a leading digital financial services platform and ecosystem by growing active and transacting users, optimizing traffic allocation, and enabling cross-sell of other financial services products.
• Working at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business teams, the team leads key strategic initiatives that enhance user engagement, drive platform growth, and unlock new opportunities across the broader financial services ecosystem.

Job Description

• Lead and own product initiatives for ShopeePay App & Growth, building scalable and impactful product features across user and transaction flows to drive acquisition and retention, while defining traffic allocation strategies to enable effective cross-selling of digital financial services.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from initial concept discovery and discussion, design, development, and validation through launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Marketing teams, to ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Plan product roadmap and continuously optimize product features by leveraging data analysis, user insights, competitive benchmarking, and evolving business needs.
• Monitor and measure performance with business and data teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously optimize product features by leveraging market insights, evolving business needs, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Product management experience within payments, fintech, consumer banking, or e-commerce. Direct experience with Promotion or Marketing products in the industry is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, good at complex problem-solving and decision-making based on data. Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools is preferred.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can expertly multi-task.
