Job summary

Monee, part of Sea Limited, seeks an experienced Product Manager (IC) to own ShopeePay App & Growth initiatives in Singapore. You will build scalable features across user and transaction flows to drive acquisition and retention, and define traffic allocation to enable cross-selling of digital financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• PM experience in payments/fintech/e-commerce; promotion/marketing product exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making; proficient in SQL and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives for ShopeePay App & Growth to drive acquisition and retention.
• Own end-to-end development from concept through launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and Marketing to delivery.
• Plan roadmaps and optimize features using data analysis and market insights.
• Monitor performance with data teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
