Job summary

moomoo is seeking a seasoned Business Performance Manager in Singapore to drive growth for Private Wealth & Institutional business. You will work closely with the Head of Private Wealth and RM teams to improve AUM, revenue, and wallet share through data-driven initiatives and technology enablement.

Your role spans CRM optimization, data analytics, and process improvements to enhance RM productivity and client experience, while collaborating with Growth, Product, Operations, Marketing, and

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in business management, strategy, private banking, wealth management, brokerage, fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of HNW / Private Wealth business, investment products and RM-driven sales models.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Growth Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing and Technology.
• Experience with CRM, data analytics, AI or automation tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and execution skills, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for financial markets, investing and technology.

Responsibilities

• Business Performance & Growth｜Track RM and business performance, identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to improve client acquisition, AUM, revenue and wallet share.
• Data & Analytics｜Develop actionable business and client insights to support sales planning, client segmentation, product penetration and RM prioritisation.
• Sales & Product Enablement｜Improve sales processes, tools and product enablement to enhance RM effectiveness, product penetration and client experience.
• RM Productivity & Development｜Drive RM performance management, training and best-practice sharing to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
• CRM, AI & Transformation｜Drive the adoption of CRM, AI and automation tools to improve client engagement, sales efficiency and business scalability.
