Job summary

Moomoo SG is seeking a commercially driven Team Lead - Private Wealth to spearhead growth in Singapore. You will originate new high-net-worth, family office, and SME clients, while building and scaling a frontline team within an established structure.

You will lead client acquisition, meet KPIs in the first six months, and ensure governance with MAS/AML/KYC standards, partnering with product specialists to deliver multi-asset investments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services.
• 3+ years in leadership roles, recruiting or scaling frontline teams.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, AML/KYC.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business; CFA/CFP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Originate and acquire new HNWI, Family Offices, and SME clients to grow AUM.
• Hit KPIs for client funding, AUM, and revenue in ramp-up.
• Build a disciplined pipeline with conversions and reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach RM/ARM frontline teams.
• Ensure compliant onboarding and servicing under MAS/AML/KYC.
