Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Team Lead – Private Wealth to drive growth by personally originating new high-net-worth clients and building a scalable frontline team. You will lead client onboarding, manage AUM growth, and work with product and compliance to deliver holistic wealth solutions.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in private banking, a leadership background, and a deep understanding of MAS/AML/KYC frameworks within Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial-services sectors.
• Proven track record of personally bringing in new clients and achieving AUM/revenue targets.
• 3+ years in leadership roles with experience in recruiting and scaling or managing frontline teams in growth environments.
• Strong understanding of HNWI and Family Office investment needs and Singapore’s regulatory framework (MAS, AML/KYC).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA/CFP is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Business Acquisition & KPI delivery: originate and acquire new HNWIs, Family Offices, and SME clients to grow AUM and revenue.
• Team Recruitment & Leadership: recruit, onboard, coach, and develop frontline RMs and related roles; build a high-performance culture.
• Client Relationship Management & Service Excellence: provide strategic guidance and onboarding for key clients, cross-border structures, and private-market offerings.
• Process, Compliance & Governance: ensure MAS, AML/KYC compliance and collaborate with product/compliance/operations to improve onboarding and servicing.
