Job summary

Moomoo is seeking a Team Lead – Private Wealth in Singapore to drive growth by personally originating high-net-worth client relationships while building and leading a frontline team. You will recruit RMs and ARMs, manage onboarding for sophisticated clients, and collaborate with product and marketing to offer multi-asset solutions, all within MAS, AML/KYC guidelines.

The role requires a proven track record of sourcing new business, a leadership background, and a strong grasp of Singapore's

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services sectors.
3+ years in leadership roles with recruiting/scaling frontline teams.
Strong understanding of HNWI and Family Office needs and Singapore’s regulatory framework (MAS, AML/KYC).
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA/CFP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Originate and acquire new HNWI, Family Offices, and SME clients to accelerate AUM growth.
Recruit a new frontline team and onboard/coach them to productivity.
Provide strategic guidance and frontline support for key clients, delivering multi-asset investment solutions.
Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, AML/KYC and optimize onboarding workflows.
