Job summary

FlocCare is seeking a Product Growth Intern to own critical pieces of our go-to-market engine, bridging product, marketing and sales. You’ll run experiments, drive PLG motion, and optimize the user journey to help hit ARR milestones.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, run zero-to-one campaigns, onboard users via demos, and build sales collateral. This is a fast, async-friendly environment where you can ship ideas from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in growth marketing and product-led growth (PLG).
• Comfort with data-driven experimentation and hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities

• Run scrappy experiments to optimize activation, retention, and virality.
• Partner with product and GTM teams to shape the feature roadmap.
• Create and run zero-to-one digital campaigns across SEO, email, and social.
• Talk to users via onboarding calls, product demos, and success chats.
• Build sales collateral, pitch decks, and outreach sequences.
