Job summary

X Star Technology is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive the growth of X Port through new customer acquisition and ongoing customer development. This role blends hunter and farmer responsibilities.

You will identify, sign up, and onboard new customers while expanding relationships to boost product adoption, MAU, and retention across the platform. You will coordinate with Product and Development teams to collect feedback and shape feature enhancements for X Port’s ongoing success in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in automotive and/or fintech sectors is a plus.
• Ability to manage full customer lifecycle (prospecting to retention).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Deliver pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Manage customer onboarding and drive product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Prepare regular management reports on pipelines and performance.
