Job summary

X Star Financial Services Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is expanding its X Port platform and seeks a Business Development Executive to drive new customer acquisition and nurture existing relationships.

You will identify prospects, onboard customers, and act as a bridge between customers and Product teams to feedback requirements and enhance features. The role blends hunter and farmer duties, focusing on growing MAU, engagement, and retention while collaborating with dealers, banks, and ecosystem

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, customer success, or related commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, and acquire new customers and partners.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, and product demos for prospects and partners.
• Manage onboarding from initial engagement to signup.
• Foster relationships to drive product adoption, MAU, and retention.
• Coordinate with Product and Development teams to translate feedback into features.
• Monitor engagement and plan campaigns to increase usage and retention.
• Identify market opportunities and growth areas regionally.
