Job summary

X Star Technology Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is hiring a Product Analyst to help create and maintain product roadmaps and iterations for our SAAS/mobile app solutions. You will collaborate with solutions managers and business teams to align product strategy with key goals and market needs.

You’ll work with engineering, design, operations and sales to implement product strategies, draft PRDs, run thorough testing before deployment, and translate customer feedback into meaningful feature ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in SAAS/mobile App product team preferred.
• Proficient in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with solutions managers and the business team to assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and production iterations.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operation, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.
• Assist in creating product requirements documents (PRDs) that outline product features, functionality, and user experience.

• Support business operational tasks implementation and track users' feedback to provide sufficient optimization features.
• Collect Voice of the Customer feedback and insights to create meaningful user stories and use cases.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' relevant experience
• Understanding and having hands-on experience in a SAAS/mobile App product team is preferred.
• Effective troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to structure an action plan.
• Excellent logical and structural thinking.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Able to travel overseas
• Proficient in using SQL and familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
