Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive Business Development professional in Singapore. You will outline and implement the overall BD strategy, identify opportunities, and expand market presence through cold calling, networking, and client engagement.

You will build strong client relationships, present proposals and tenders, and conduct meetings and site visits to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in infrastructure cabling, structured cabling, networking, telecommunications, construction, or related industries is a plus.
• Comfortable with cold calling and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to conduct regular client and project site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Outline, implement and construct the overall business development strategy.
• Stay abreast of developments regarding competitor strategies, products and position in the market, recognize and act upon opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence through cold calling, networking, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and account growth.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions to support business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
