NEW HOPE INTERNATIONAL HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Development professional in Singapore. The role focuses on shaping growth through strategic opportunities, partnerships and market expansion, with responsibilities spanning research, proposals and negotiations.

You will build strong client and partner relationships, lead negotiations, and collaborate across departments to deliver BD initiatives. Travel may be required to pursue opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, sales or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and drive growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with market assessment skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience with multinational companies or regional markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and market development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement business development strategies to support growth objectives and long-term plans.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, partnerships and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitor assessments to identify trends.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, presentations and commercial plans for new initiatives.
• Lead business negotiations and commercial arrangements for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to execute BD initiatives.
• Monitor market developments, sales performance and opportunities; report to senior management.
• Evaluate potential investments, collaborations and market expansion opportunities.
• Prepare BD reports and market assessments for management review.
• Represent the company in meetings, events and networking activities.
• Perform other BD and management duties as assigned.
