Job summary

YSM Group in Singapore is seeking a result-driven Business Development professional to grow our client base and lead new business opportunities. You will present our corporate services, tailor proposals to client needs, and work closely with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client satisfaction.

The role targets building lasting client relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years’ B2B business development or sales experience.
• Knowledge of the corporate or professional services industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Present YSM’s corporate services and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline performance.
