Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle loans, claims and return from customer.
• Coordinate with sales team/credit team to ensure smooth and on time delivery of goods.
• Generate monthly forecast.
• Arrange collection and delivery of orders.
• Establish, build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
