Aventis Learning Group in Singapore is seeking a driven B2B Marketing Executive to join our growth team. You will craft multi-channel campaigns and connect with senior decision-makers to drive measurable growth.

Lead generation, demand creation, content development, and campaign management will be core priorities as you strengthen our brand, build partnerships, and advance customer engagement across the corporate learning landscape.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in education, training, HR, or professional services.
Proven ability in lead generation, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data-driven strategies.
Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting measurable targets.

Responsibilities

Lead generation and demand creation across multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, digital ads, events).
Engage HR leaders, L&D managers, and senior decision-makers to build partnerships.
Create compelling B2B content including case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collaterals.
Design, launch, and manage targeted outreach campaigns to nurture prospects into leads.
Develop initiatives to engage learners and clients and enhance customer experience.
Strengthen Aventis’ visibility through thought leadership and digital presence.
