Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on work experience in a Performance marketing role in a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, other banner ads).
• Create, launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
• Develop ad copies and guide creatives (banners, videos, landing pages) with designers and content writers.
• Measure, analyze and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns to hit leads targets and improve ROI.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Premium Leads is a sales-focused Premium lead generation digital marketing agency in Singapore. We produce highly convertible leads for high-growth companies in various industries such as healthcare, finance, immigration, services, etc.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for Paid Social Media Advertising such as Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, (other banner ads), etc. (Google Ads experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Create, launch and manage digital advertising campaigns
• Develop compelling ad copies as well as come-up with the concept for Ads design such as banners, videos and landing pages. Liaise with web developers, designers and content writers to produce landing pages, banners, videos or other creatives required for your campaigns
• Measurement, Analysis, Reporting & Optimization of Campaigns
• Measure, analyse and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Optimise the performance of the campaigns to achieve the given leads target
• Other ad-hoc tasks / responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on work experience in a Performance marketing role in a digital marketing agency is mandatory for this role
