Job summary

PwC Singapore's Asset and Wealth Managed Services (AWMS) team seeks a motivated Business Development Operations professional to support pipeline management, reporting, and client onboarding in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate proposals and approvals, and help keep contracting and onboarding moving with organized checklists and action logs. A bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems or related discipline.
3–4 years’ experience in business development operations, CRM administration, proposal coordination or client onboarding.
Experience in professional/financial services or asset management is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise under tight deadlines.
Proactive, resourceful, ownership-driven with good stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate CRM, opportunity, pipeline and client records.
Prepare clear pipeline reports, forecasts and management dashboards.
Coordinate proposals, credentials, approvals, timelines and follow-ups.
Support contracting and onboarding through organised checklists and document control.
Track dependencies, highlight delays and coordinate stakeholders to keep activities moving.
Improve recurring workflows and data quality using approved tools.
