Job summary

SMBC Group in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to assist PWG front office and lead ARMs in transactional activity, onboarding, and lifecycle management, coordinating onboarding with the Lead.

You will maintain client records, respond to queries, and collaborate with investment, product and operations teams to deliver seamless client service while ensuring regulatory and AML checks are satisfied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PWG front office and lead ARMs in onboarding, transactions, account setup/maintenance, and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activity centrally with the Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management Lead.
• Respond promptly to client queries and coordinate follow-ups.
• Support onboarding pipeline prioritization and timely account refresh activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
