Job summary

PwC Singapore’s Asset and Wealth Managed Services (AWMS) team is seeking a proactive Business Development Operations professional. You will maintain CRM data, support proposals and onboarding, and coordinate contracting across a multidisciplinary team.

A bachelor’s degree is required and 3–4 years in related roles, with strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM proficiency expected. You will work with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data and smooth onboarding, while improving recurring workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years’ experience in business development operations and support, CRM administration, proposal coordination or client onboarding.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, asset management, wealth management, or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM, opportunity, pipeline and client records.
• Prepare clear pipeline reports, forecasts and dashboards.
• Coordinate proposals, credentials, approvals, timelines and follow-ups.
• Support contracting and onboarding through checklists and document control.

What You Will Do

• Maintain accurate CRM, opportunity, pipeline and client records.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems or another relevant discipline.
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in business development operations and support, CRM administration, proposal coordination, client onboarding or a related role.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, asset management, wealth management, fund administration or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• A proactive and resourceful self-starter who takes ownership, navigates ambiguity and follows through.
• Strong stakeholder skills and an improvement-focused mindset, with the curiosity and drive to find practical solutions and better ways of working.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using SharePoint, Teams and a CRM such as Salesforce.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate or similar reporting and workflow tools is an advantage.
• Sound judgement when handling client and business information.
