Job summary

Groundup.ai is seeking a high-energy Business Operations & Growth Manager to be at the center of a fast-moving startup. You will own HR operations, recruitment, payroll, procurement, logistics, and support growth initiatives across marketing and customer engagements.

You will balance people operations with hands-on procurement, supplier management and finance support, helping ensure teams have what they need to execute quickly and scale effectively.

• Own and maintain essential employee documentation, including contracts, onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate recruitment processes: interviews, trackers and references
• Support payroll, benefits, and HR administration to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Assist with procurement, logistics, and supplier coordination to ensure operational readiness
• Coordinate culture activities, internal communications, town halls, and employee engagement
• Support finance operations with day-to-day tasks and expense processing
• Contribute to marketing events, customer engagements and growth initiatives as needed
