Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a Growth Operations Lead to orchestrate Growth systems across the creator platform. You will own the operating rhythm, ensure a single source of truth, and protect milestones while turning learnings into actionable playbooks.

You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Design, Technology and Trust & Safety to align milestones, leverage AI and agent systems, and work with app store partners on policy and launch requirements. Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in games, UGC or consumer platforms at scale.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferable.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up where speed is normal.
• Background in creator ecosystems, community platforms or live-service operations.
• Experience working with app store partners on launch and policy review.
• You automate by default; your first response to a manual report is to remove it, not schedule it.
• You build with AI and agents rather than talk about them.

Responsibilities

• Run the Growth operating rhythm: performance reviews, gate reviews and decision forums
• Maintain a single source of truth for plan, ownership and status
• Protect progression gates and scale milestones
• Turn learnings into playbooks and feed back into the system
• Define the metrics that matter for a creator platform
• Keep decision logs and escalation paths, run milestone reviews
• Surface growth effects of product decisions early and align with Growth, Product, Design, Technology and Trust & Safety
• Handle the daily working connection with the group, planning rhythm, dependency tracking and escalation
• Build relationships with platform partners including app stores: policy reviews, submission readiness and launch requirements
• Prepare web and owned surfaces for sign-up, acquisition pages, store listings, creator documentation and community spaces
• Hold agencies and vendors to scope with change control rather than creep
• Work with Legal on market-entry obligations and closing dates
• Expose legal, safety and policy dependencies as schedule items
