Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional experience in growth, technical marketing, marketing automation or engineering-led growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design and run growth experiments across channels.
• Build landing pages, acquisition tools, workflows, and onboarding journeys.
• Set up funnel tracking and analyze conversion and lead quality.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable growth loops.
• Architect end-to-end lead capture, enrichment, scoring, and follow-up systems.
