Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking an early-to-mid career Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Associate to support campaign execution, lead generation, and marketing operations. You will help ensure data quality, drive performance insights, and contribute to a scalable demand engine aligned with growth priorities.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications and requires 2–4+ years in marketing with a strong analytical mindset and experience in CRM/marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and event channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities to improve leads and conversion.
• Support ABM campaigns and build account profiles for priority targets.
• Maintain marketing data in CRM and related systems with accurate, consistent records.
• Track campaign performance using dashboards and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing and content teams to support campaigns.
