PaleBlueDot AI is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive growth and commercialization of TokenRouter, an AI product platform. You’ll work across business operations, growth, enterprise enablement, and cross-functional execution to translate data and market signals into concrete action plans with Sales, Product, Engineering, and partner teams.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required; overseas study experience is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy operations, growth operations, commercial operations, business analytics, platform operations, or related roles.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively across time zones.

Responsibilities

Track and analyze key business metrics (Token Volume, Revenue, Gross Profit, Gross Margin, user conversion, enterprise performance).
Build KPI systems and evaluation frameworks to measure performance.
Translate data, feedback and signals into actionable recommendations and priorities.
Drive growth, enterprise operations, and new product operations initiatives across cross-functional teams.
