Qualifications

• Experience in growth, user operations, or community operations.
• Experience with social apps and consumer tech platforms.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Familiar with social media marketing and KOL/influencer marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to analyse CAC, LTV and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead user acquisition strategies across online and offline channels.
• Manage KOL/influencer collaborations and paid advertising.
• Develop referral and viral growth initiatives for user base expansion.
• Drive activation, engagement, and retention initiatives post-launch.
• Coordinate operations with marketing, product and development teams.
