Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead brand and integrated marketing initiatives. You will develop strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence across digital, social, partnerships, events and offline channels.

You will collaborate with internal teams and agencies, monitor trends and campaign performance, manage budgets and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, brand management or integrated marketing.
• Experience with premium/high-end brands.
• Experience with or supporting a China-headquartered company is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, partnerships, events and offline channels.
• Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Support business growth through customer engagement, brand-building and promotional activities.
