Job summary

SMTP Consult Pte. Ltd. seeks a talented Social Media Manager to steer the company’s digital presence and drive engagement across platforms in Singapore.

You will plan, create, and optimise campaigns, manage content including video, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maximise ROI and support business growth. Fluent in English and Mandarin; bachelor in a related field; 3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• At least 3 years of social media or digital marketing experience, including content creation and video production.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat and Xiao Hong Shu.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns to generate leads and revenue.
• Create, curate and manage video and other content across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and gather relevant information for effective campaigns.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage the company’s online presence and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
• Maximise ROI through campaign optimisation.
