in Singapore seeks a Growth Marketing Associate/Senior Associate to independently manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other mobile ad networks for our mobile games. You will own campaign execution, performance analysis, creative testing, and budget management, working with Creative, Product, Data/BI, and Operations to drive sustainable growth and marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, performance marketing, or related field.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or mobile ad networks.
Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, including attribution and validation.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Ability to own campaigns, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
Interest in mobile games and understanding of gaming/mobile app ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other mobile networks.
Monitor performance daily, identify trends, and implement timely optimizations.
Own creative testing plans and collaborate with design to develop/test compelling ad creatives.
Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights on CPI, ROAS, retention, conversion, and LTV.
Coordinate with Creative, Product, Data/BI, and Operations to align strategies.
