Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in marketing leadership.
• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership and multi-brand exposure.
• Proven budget ownership and ROI delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on in lean teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the marketing strategy for Growth Business aligned to roadmap and revenue targets.
• Translate business goals into integrated plans across brand, performance, and campaigns.
• Lead GB marketing budget across portfolio ensuring impact and ROI.
• Lead Growth Business marketing team across brand, performance, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with BCM, enrolment leads, IT and Finance for supported delivery.
• Own analytics, dashboards, and reporting for marketing performance.
• Support new concepts, programmes and market entry marketing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business needs.
