Longbridge Singapore is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the local marketing strategy, budget and commercial performance. You will drive customer acquisition, activation and retention through integrated online and offline campaigns, partnerships and market insights.

You will work with business leaders and regional teams to strengthen market positioning, velocity and measurable impact, building a high-performing team and ensuring alignment with product and compliance requirements.

• 8+ years of marketing, growth or related commercial experience.
• Proven ability to drive customer growth and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing and partnerships.
