Job summary

TOPPAN NEXT PTE. LTD. is seeking a social media/content marketer to own content and audience growth across select accounts. You will plan, write, and publish content on Eurostaffs and other platforms, tailoring copy for formal B2B and casual consumer audiences.

You will build and maintain content calendars, test formats, manage paid campaigns, and create simple visual assets in Figma. Strong writing, 3+ years in social/content marketing, and reporting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in social media or content marketing.
• Hands-on experience running paid social or paid content campaigns, including budget management.
• Strong writing ability with adapting tone across audiences and platforms.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar tool for basic assets.
• Experience building social media reports and interpreting engagement, reach, and growth data.
• Strong organisational skills with managing multiple calendars/accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own content and audience growth across select client accounts.
• Plan, write, and publish primarily on Eurostaffs and other platforms.
• Write copy for posts, captions, and community replies for various audiences.
• Build and maintain content calendars tied to growth goals.
• Test content formats, hooks, and distribution tactics to grow reach and engagement.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns against briefs, managing targeting and budgets.
• Produce simple visual assets in Figma within brand systems.
• Track performance and compile monthly reports covering engagement, reach, and growth.
• Monitor comments and messages, escalate issues as needed.
• Track platform changes and translate findings into test ideas.
