Job summary

Lendingpot is seeking a commercially driven Lead, Personal Loans to grow and manage the day-to-day performance of our personal loans segment in Singapore and across ASEAN.

Reporting to the Business Head, you will oversee sales, lender relationships, customer conversion and operations, working with Marketing, Operations and Technology to improve results and customer experience. You will build lender partnerships and coach the team while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years in personal loans, consumer finance or lending.
• Experience leading a sales or operations team.
• Strong understanding of personal loan products and regulatory requirements.
• Commercial mindset with negotiations and relationship skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal loan applications, approvals, disbursements, revenue and conversion.
• Build and manage lender relationships and onboarding.
• Oversee end-to-end customer journey and improve workflows.
• Lead and coach the sales and operations team with clear targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance and report findings to management.
