Job summary

Google LLC in Singapore is hiring an SMB Account Manager for Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace (Korean). You will manage a portfolio of Google Cloud SMB customers, grow their existing business, and collaborate with partners to create opportunities.

Fluency in Korean is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in sales or account management, plus experience in cloud/SaaS/AI sales, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, client relationship, or account management.
• Experience in cloud, SaaS or AI sales.
• Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
• Work with business partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
• Identify opportunities to advocate for other parts of the Google product and services portfolio.
• Share customer feedback with product and marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
