Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a results-driven professional to join the Google Customer Solutions team. You will build relationships, deliver Google-caliber client service, and analyze market opportunities to help advertisers grow their business.

You will influence strategy, manage a pipeline of new customers, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize long-term success. This role focuses on Singapore-based SMB clients and requires visa/work eligibility for Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
• Ability to communicate in Vietnamese fluently to interact with the Vietnamese market and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipelines and opportunities.
• Create compelling presentations and develop strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
• Conduct research and analysis, to develop strategies to address market potential and opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service and partnership to customers and partners.
• Partner with Google's client on-boarding team to effectively service clients.
