Job summary

LEADCON PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to manage project costs, prepare BOQs, tender submissions and contract administration.

You will coordinate with project managers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure financial control and budget objectives are met. The role requires 3–4 years of related work in Singapore, proficiency in MS Office & Outlook and AutoCAD, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Required language(s): English.
• Entry Level specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• 3 -4 years related works in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full QS cycle for projects, including cost control, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, and contract administration.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate project budgeting and financial control.
• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, as well as manage subcontractor agreements and contractual matters.
• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and process monthly payments efficiently while maintaining proper cash flow control.
• Assess and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) to achieve cost savings and prevent project budget overruns.
• Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review and decision-making.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Suppliers to monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
