Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, tendering, and financial aspects of projects in Singapore. You will prepare estimates, review BOQ, and liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with hands-on experience in take-offs, costing, variation orders, and final accounts. Strong reading of drawings and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or related field.
• Experience in quantity take-off, costing, tendering, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Available to start soon/immediately preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
• Review BOQ, drawings, and scope of works.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare material and labour cost calculations.
• Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Support the overall commercial and cost management of projects.
