Job summary

Hongze Contruction Builders Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents, and conduct feasibility studies for landed house projects.

You will manage contracts, claims, variations and financial aspects, monitor budgets, and produce monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts and valuation certificates while coordinating with project managers, engineers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or similar for landed house projects.
• Familiar with high-end materials used for landed housing.
• Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning, prepare detailed estimates, BOQs and tender documents.
• Analyze drawings, specs and documentation to ensure accurate costings.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts and budgets; obtain quotes.
• Assist in procurement strategies and negotiation with contractors.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses; prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare final accounts and ensure project handover within budget and time constraints.
