ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You will plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, identify campaign insights, and optimize conversion rates while maintaining compelling website content.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in performance marketing and analytics, strong PPC and SEO knowledge, experience with GTM and Adobe Experience Manager, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to

Qualifications

At least 5 years in performance marketing and analytics.
Minimum 3 years hands-on with Google Ads / Meta Ads.
Strong PPC, retargeting and funnel expertise.
SEO knowledge is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally.

Responsabilités

Design, plan, execute and monitor paid campaigns with actionable recommendations and A/B/multivariate testing strategies.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget planning for campaigns.
Set up tracking tools, conversion pixels, GTM, and analytics dashboards.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Maintain and update website content, SEO-friendly and aligned with branding; use Adobe Experience Manager.
Analyze website performance and CRO opportunities based on user behavior and pain points.
Track keyword rankings and collaborate to improve organic rankings.
Deliver projects on time with multiple stakeholders.
