Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion tracking tools.
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or international market campaigns will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across major digital platforms to hit lead and revenue targets.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and improve ROAS.
• Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget allocation to maximise effectiveness.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance insights to support decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop landing pages, creatives, and acquisition initiatives for scalable growth.
