Job summary

MetaComp is a fast-growing digital payments and fintech company based in Singapore. We are seeking a hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist / Manager to design, implement and continuously improve our employee learning framework.

You will partner with HR, HRBPs, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate needs into practical learning solutions, with a strong bias for action and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of L&D, Talent Development or HR experience in tech/fintech/high-growth environments.
• Experience designing and implementing learning programmes and conducting Training Needs Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps with business leaders and HRBPs; translate into learning solutions.
• Design, implement and improve learning programmes for onboarding, functional and leadership development.
• Coordinate internal/external trainers and learning vendors; manage timelines and budgets.
• Develop learning journeys and competency frameworks; guide succession planning and high-potential programs.
• Monitor and report on L&D KPIs; continuously improve learning content and delivery.
