Job summary

CP Foods Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to support and grow the Modern Trade business. You will work closely with Key Account Managers and buyers, coordinating with internal teams to drive sales growth, execute trade promotions, and improve account profitability.

Responsibilities include assisting in listings negotiations, monitoring sales performance, expanding product distribution, and coordinating in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant FMCG sales or key account management experience, preferably Modern Trade
• Experience handling supermarket accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Manager(s) in achieving sales targets and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers to drive sales growth and strengthen account performance
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to expand product distribution and profitability
• Assist in negotiations and follow-ups on product listings, pricing and trade promotions
• Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on account requirements
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Support development and execution of trade promotions to drive sales and visibility
• Coordinate in-store promotions, displays, POS materials, and merchandising activities
• Monitor promotional performance and provide post-promotion analysis insights
• Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor stock and minimize out-of-stock situations
