Job summary

KION South Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a customer-focused professional to manage after-sales relationships and drive contract sales. You will coordinate with service teams, promote PM/FM contracts, and upsell safety and fleet management solutions to 50 key accounts through the Customer Portal.

The role requires 2–4 years in industrial after-sales or technical sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Loyang Way site preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in after-sales, technical sales, or customer service in industrial equipment or automotive.
• Fresh ITE diploma holders are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.
• Willing to work at Loyang Way.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal service teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve service-related issues and mediate conflicts professionally.
• Promote and sell PM and FM contracts; upsell safety features and Fleet Focus/ADAS.
• Track quotation closure rate and support onboarding of 50 key accounts to the Customer Portal.
• Collaborate with service coordinators and technical teams to resolve complex service cases.
