Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail sales, or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing/consumer products with hands-on supermarket accounts management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Maintain and update website, product information, promotions, and online campaigns.
• Track online sales performance and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and online sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and marketplace partners.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing, and business performance reports.
