Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads.
• Willingness to host livestreams is a big advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product listings on e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Official online store).
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images and pricing.
• Manage promotional campaigns and discounts in collaboration with marketing.
• Optimize listings for search visibility and user engagement.
• Handle order processing and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock timely.
• Generate reports on platform performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Support sales forecasting based on data and market trends.
• Collaborate with finance to align forecasts with budgeting.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and paid ads.
• Create organic content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and service.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor strategies and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
