Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive supermarket and online sales from our Bedok city office in Singapore.

You will manage and optimise e-commerce platforms, coordinate digital campaigns, and nurture relationships with retailers and online partners. Ideal applicants have 1–3 years in business development or e-commerce, a degree in business or marketing, and hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee or Lazada.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing or retail.
• Experience with FMCG, food manufacturing or consumer products is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts and online marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
• Familiar with website management, social media marketing and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update the company website, product information, promotional content and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising activities.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, promotional events and business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
