Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail sales, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing supermarket accounts and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and others).
• Maintain and update website content, product information, promotions and online campaigns.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Identify new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, and distribution networks.
• Prepare sales/marketing performance reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
