Job summary

Antler in Singapore is seeking a high-performing Sales & Partnerships role to drive new merchant signings and onboarding of acquisition partners for SellAbroad.

You will own the full cycle from demos to close, manage partner relationships, and provide weekly pipeline reporting. The role requires US-Eastern hours, strong English, and a proven sales track record in fintech/payments. Remote work unlikely in SG—but global coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a track record of hitting numbers.
• Excellent spoken and written English on live calls.
• Real sales instinct: you can run a call, read the room, handle objections, and close.
• Relationship discipline: you follow up without being chased and remember details about people.
• Reliable on US-Eastern hours.
• Organized and self-directed—maintain your own pipeline and partner list.

Responsibilities

• Sales calls & closing — run demos and calls with inbound and outbound prospects, move them from interested to signed.
• Partner sourcing & onboarding — identify, pitch, and sign new acquisition partners, set them up and sending referrals.
• Partner relationships — be the named contact for every partner with regular check-ins and quick responses.
• Partner account management — keep partners active, track referrals, re-activate dormant partners, manage deals and payouts.
• Pipeline hygiene & reporting — keep CRM accurate and provide weekly deal/partner health updates to leadership.
• Feedback loop — surface objections and partner complaints to help fix product and pitch.
