You will support marketing activities, ensure contract compliance, and contribute to feeder processes like pricing, tenders, and customer feedback analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the customer database to build and maintain new customer relationships
• Identify and implement new business initiatives to drive growth
• Lead project negotiations and ensure timely follow-up to secure agreements
• Review company contracts and tenders to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate accurate quotations and tender pricing to support sales efforts
• Develop strategies to expand local market share and achieve sales targets
• Plan and execute marketing activities aligned with sales objectives
• Present innovative business approaches to potential customers to generate interest
• Conduct regular reviews of marketing plans to optimize effectiveness
• Collect and analyze customer feedback annually to inform service improvements
• Apply technical knowledge in water, soil, and food testing to support customer needs
• Collect and register samples accurately, manage customer communications including late payment follow-ups, visits, and cold calling
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and serve as a role model within the team
• Maintain high standards of integrity and discipline in all work activities
• Report progress and issues directly to the Manager, Customer Service
