AIS Academy in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to propel revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels. You will own the sales pipeline, close new business, and eventually build and lead a high-performance sales team in a fast-moving education-scaleup.

You will personally drive initial sales while establishing processes, playbooks and forecasting discipline to enable scalable growth and recurring revenue opportunities.

Formación

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong leadership with ability to build and scale sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own AIS Academy's sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• Lead and develop the sales team as the business scales.
• Prospect, win, and grow corporate and learner accounts (B2B and B2C).
• Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation and with Product for solutions.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
