Job summary

Newbridge, a high-growth applied-AI workforce transformation business, is seeking a senior commercial leader to own the revenue engine across Singapore and Malaysia. You will build the GTM engine, create forecasts, and shape pricing discipline while driving enterprise growth.

Reporting to the founder, you will lead complex, consultative cycles with CHROs, L&D heads, and CTOs, and coach a small Client Solutions team to become closer-to-close professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing 6-figure enterprise deals from scratch.
• Experience selling transformation, capability, and business outcomes.
• Commercial maturity across discovery, shaping, pricing, negotiating and forecasting.
• Hybrid of sales and marketing awareness; able to turn content/events into revenue.
• Comfort operating across Singapore and Malaysia, with knowledge of HRD Corp / training landscape a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the GTM system from scratch: pipeline creation, qualification, forecasting, pricing discipline, and account expansion.
• Lead complex enterprise cycles, in the room with CHROs, L&D Heads, BU leaders and CTOs.
• Diversify growth across direct enterprise, strategic partnerships, and marketing-led demand.
• Inherit a small Client Solutions team and elevate them to consultative closers with clear ownership.
• Within 9 months, establish a predictable enterprise pipeline across SG & MY and reference anchor logos.
